SOHO Cycling Studio is a refreshing outlook in indoor cycling. Our certified instructors are here to push your body to a new level and motivate you to achieve your goals while our theater enhanced studio stimulates your mind with virtual riding, music videos and extreme sports on two 100 inch screens.
No membership required. Pay for only the classes you take. Pressed for time? Reserve a bike online with ANY purchased package or session.
Your session will include 45 minutes of intense ride followed by 15 minutes of a hard core ab workout.
