SOHO Cycling Studio is a refreshing outlook in indoor cycling. Our certified instructors are here to push your body to a new level and motivate you to achieve your goals while our theater enhanced studio stimulates your mind with virtual riding, music videos and extreme sports on two 100 inch screens.
No membership required. Pay for only the classes you take. Pressed for time? Reserve a bike online with ANY purchased package or session.
Your session will include 45 minutes of intense ride followed by 15 minutes of a hard core ab workout.
No screens, but hundreds of candles to set an amazing ambiance.
End the hard work with a champagne toast. Last years ride was AMAZING!!

These items support young women in our community giving them an opportunity to finish high school, reduces the juvinile deliquency rate and long term economic dependecy. This program empowers young women to be a postive influence in their surroundings as well as giving these young ladies a sense of self worth.
